Crafts are one of our favorite subjects around here, not just as DIYers but lovers of design, detail, and creative expression. Sometimes I get the urge to try every craft there is, and other times I just admire the talent of those who are truly committed to their chosen medium! Today is one of those days. And knowing what I know about crochet (I had an infinity scarf and coffee cozy side hustle in college, lol!), it’s even more inspiring. Crochet is truly about detail. There are no shortcuts (I’ve tried). You cannot make them correctly and make them fast! So seeing crochet fashion and home decor is extra special because it’s functional art that goes so far beyond its purpose and is truly heirloom.
