Benefits of Journaling, Based on Your Enneagram Type

published on 6/15/21 by Laura Miltenberger

If you’ve tried any of my journal prompts or followed along with us on @xoenneagram, then you know how powerful I think journaling is for all of us, no matter our Enneagram types. When I was working on my first book, My Enneagram Journal, I asked our followers to share their personal benefits of journaling, along with their Enneagram type. It was so lovely to see how many of you find journaling to be important for your own self-growth and exploration, whether you use it to spark inspiration or simply journal for self care. Curious about starting a journaling practice? Here’s what our community has to say!
