I’m currently building out about three different art walls in my new apartment. It’s so much bigger than the tiny space I had before, and the walls are a total blank slate just begging to be transformed. I’m still in the inspiration phase, so I think I’ve been on about 100 different art sites in the last week (more on that later!). The kitchen itself is a teeny galley kitchen, but we have a dining nook off the side with a decent space for art. Plus, there are a couple little nooks waiting to be filled with smaller art prints or kitchen wall decor. Below are some of the paintings and illustration prints I’m considering, and I’d pair them with a few unique wall planters or hanging baskets shown below as well.

kitchen wall decor
I envision a sleek hanging pot from SimpleFormsDesign in the window to elevate the space. Love the purple too, of course!
Corrine Lent’s handmade wall pockets would look lovely in one of my little nooks, whether with a little plant or a few dried blooms.
This pink o-shaped planter by Golem could nestle in amongst the framed art, or by the cabinets.
Naja Tepe makes these little altars that are perfect for a small space.
This tiny shelf by Textura Ceramics would also be cute for a couple air plants or my salt and pepper shakers!
