If there’s one thing I love discussing more than how much I love chocolate, it’s gotta be its packaging. Designers are always dreaming up mock chocolate businesses, because, well, it would be the most fun project to have (like wrapping the perfect gift!) in a design portfolio. Especially when it’s a chocolate company of the small batch variety. When I came across chocolate brand COCO, I was excited to have discovered the best of both. COCO Chocolatier partners with independent artists to design their wrap, each more surprising than the last. This particular collection of whimsical, abstract designs by Maxime Prou and Adèle Favreau of Atelier Bingo jumped off the screens to us, but there is more to see. Love the color block photography, too… Take a peek!
This one might be my favorite. But you know I have a thing for pastels.
Love seeing them all stacked up like this. Yum!
Fun to see the different artists they partner with in each new collection, right?
Check out their Valentine’s Day chocolate collection for more luxe packaging designs.
Which COCO Chocolatier bar is your favorite design? Does a chocolate bar’s packaging influence which one you’d purchase? Have to say… Guilty 🙃
